1. Conduct skill training programs for unemployed minority youth (male/female) aged 18–35 years, with family income ≤ ₹6,00,000 per annum, residents of Karnataka.
2. Job roles:
   1. Guest Service Associate (F&B) – 510 hrs (SSLC/PUC 1 pass)
   2. Solar PV Installer (Electrical) – 390 hrs (SSLC/ITI/Diploma)
3. Training to be conducted in any district in Karnataka.
4. Assessment through KSDC/Sector Skill/NSDC empanelled agencies.
5. 70% placement of trained candidates mandatory (proof of offer letters).
6. Training materials, biometric attendance, and certification required.

🧩 Eligibility Criteria

1. Entity Type: Pvt. Ltd. Company / NGO / Partnership / Proprietorship (Registered in Karnataka).
2. Office: Must have a registered office in Karnataka.
3. Registration: PAN, GST (or 12A for NGO).
4. Experience: Conducted skill training (≥3 months duration) in Karnataka for any GoK/GoI department in any 2 of last 3 FYs (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25).
5. Turnover: ≥ ₹125 lakh each year from government skill programs in the last 3 FYs.
6. Training Centres: At least 5 active centres registered under Skill India/DDUGKY/KSDC.
7. Trained Candidates: ≥ 500 trained under Govt. schemes during 2022-23 to 2024-25.
8. Placement: Achieved ≥70% placement for those trained candidates.
9. Job Fair: Conducted at least 1 job fair in Karnataka in last 3 FYs.
10. Empanelment: Must be registered as Training Provider under NSDC/PMKVY/DDUGKY/KSDC.
11. Infrastructure: Own/rented centres in at least 3 districts of Karnataka.
12. Course Material: Must have own in-house developed books aligned with curriculum.
13. No JV/Consortiums allowed.

1. Annual Turnover: Minimum ₹1.25 crore per year (FY 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25).
2. EMD: ₹1,23,200/-
3. Tender Value: ₹61.60 lakh
4. Performance Security: 5% of contract value (Bank Guarantee).
5. Payment Schedule:
   1. 50% on training commencement (after 7 days)
   2. 30% after completion & certification
   3. 20% after 70% placement and proof submission
