Appointment of qualified Service Providers/Project Implementation Agencies to set up and operate Drone Training Centres (Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems – RPAs) for Minority candidates in Karnataka.
Key Objectives
  1. Conduct specialized Remote Pilot Aircraft (Drone) training.
  2. Promote entrepreneurship and job creation among Minority youth.
  3. Focus areas: Surveillance, logistics, agriculture, and related drone applications.
  4. Provide residential training (15 days):
    1. 10 days theory + 5 days practical training.
    2. Food, lodging, and safety arrangements (separate for male/female).
  5. Certification and assessment to be done by DGCA or DGCA-approved RPTOs.
  6. The service provider will handle mobilization, orientation, training, assessment, certification, branding, and placement/entrepreneurship support.
