💼 Scope of Work
To design, implement, and manage residential, project-based training programs in Future Skills / Advanced Technologies for minority youth in Karnataka.
Key components:
- Duration: 400 hours (approx. 3 months)
- Training Hours: 6.5 hrs/day
- Mode: Classroom-based (offline only)
- Location: Bangalore City Limits
- Batch Size: Approx. 230 trainees
- Residential program: Training provider to provide food and accommodation.

🏗️ Contract & Training Conditions
- Contract Duration: 1 Year, extendable by 25% of scope based on performance.
- Must provide placement support post-training.
- Biometric attendance mandatory.
- Residential facilities must be secure, gender-segregated, and CCTV monitored.
- No subletting of contract permitted.
- Non-compliance penalties: ₹100 per trainee per day up to work order value.
- All disputes under Bengaluru jurisdiction.

- Mode: Online via e-Procurement Portal https://kppp.karnataka.gov.in
- Documents: To be uploaded in prescribed slots (technical & financial separately).
- Validity: Bids valid for 180 days from opening.
- Agreement: To be signed within 7 days of award, on ₹500 non-judicial stamp paper.
- Rejection grounds: Missing EMD, false info, unsigned bids, or incomplete submissions.
