Title: Selection of Training Provider to impart Online Skill Upgradation Training in 40 Skill Courses to 10,000 Higher Education Studying Children of Construction Workers (TNCWWB)
1. Scope of Work
The selected Training Provider (TP) must:
A. Training Delivery
- Impart online skill upgradation training in 40 courses.
- Train 10,000 Higher Education-studying children of TNCWWB-registered construction workers.
- Provide courses with duration ranging 272 to 1230 hours, all designed for 6 months delivery.
- Ensure curriculum aligns with NSDC/NCVET standards.
B. Key Responsibilities
- Identify eligible students & obtain district approvals.
- Mobilize candidates through camps and drives.
- Provide Web + Mobile App platform for:
- Training delivery
- Attendance
- Dashboard monitoring
- Assessment & Certification
- Create digital content, videos, and dashboards for monitoring.
- Conduct assessments & ensure joint certification with TAC.
- Maintain trainers, content developers, and technical support.
- Submit progress reports including 50% and 100% completion reports.
- Upload video evidence on social media at project completion.
C. Expected Outcome
- 10,000 students trained across Tamil Nadu within 7–8 months from work order.

6. Evaluation Method (QCBS)
A. Technical Evaluation (100 Marks)
- Turnover: 15 Marks
- Training Experience: 20 Marks
- Online Training Experience with Labour Dept: 20 Marks
- NSDC/TNSDC/TAC affiliation: 10 Marks
- Technical Presentation + Live Demo: 35 Marks
✔ Minimum 50 Marks required to qualify for financial bid opening.
B. Financial Evaluation (20% weight)
- L1 gets 100% financial score
- Others get proportionate score
- Combined Score = 80% Technical + 20% Financial
