π Scope of Work
The selected agency must implement comprehensive skill development and livelihood support for SHGs of DNT/NT/SNT communities across selected states.

- Feasibility Study
- Baseline assessment
- Identification of suitable vocations
- Report on required skill interventions & market linkages
Skill Training & Entrepreneurship Development
- Conduct training based on feasibility outcomes
- Deliver modular, practical trade training
- Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP), including financial literacy and digital marketing
- Both models to be used: Common Training & Individual Sponsorship
Market Linkages & Sustainability
- Partnerships with business / cooperatives / e-commerce
- Branding, packaging & pricing support
- Post training handholding & sustainability roadmap

- Financial assistance will be provided as per SEED Scheme guidelines
- Funding will be released pro-rata when intervention is partial
