1. Supply and implement the Real-Time Immersive Reconnaissance Drone System.
2. Ensure full compliance with all technical specifications under the GeM Bid.
3. Provide end-to-end support including integration, testing, commissioning & documentation.
4. Provide backend OEM support for all supplied systems.
5. Deliver all associated hardware, software, licenses, accessories, and any additional item needed for 100% functional solution (at no extra cost if missed).
6. Ensure TEC/TSEC compliance of all equipment.

1. Indian entity—Company/Proprietorship/Partnership/LLP registered under Companies Act/other valid act.
2. Must be operational for at least 5 years.
3. Not blacklisted by any Govt./PSU/Agency (Self-Declaration required).

1. Minimum Average Turnover (Supply of hardware/software):
   ₹50 lakh per year (FY 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25)
2. Positive Net Worth in all 3 years.
3. OEM turnover: Minimum ₹50 lakh average in last 3 years.
4. Audited financials or CA certificate must be submitted.

2. 2 projects ≥ 25% each OR
3. 1 project ≥ 40% of estimated cost

1. No advance payment to bidder.
2. Back-to-back execution based on customer PO.
3. Bidder must sign exclusive agreement with ITI.
4. Bidder must supply all components needed to ensure full working (even if not mentioned).
5. Delivery schedule as per customer RFP.
6. LD: 0.5% per week, max 10%.
7. Risk purchase applicable.
8. ITI reserves the right to cancel/reject bid anytime.
