1. Firm registration details and company profile
2. PAN Card and GST Registration
3. Details of directors/partners/proprietor
4. Disclosure of sister/associated concerns (if any)
5. Average annual turnover for the last three financial years
6. Client list with minimum three work/purchase orders, including at least one from each of the last three years
7. Proof of authorization from OEM/Manufacturer (if applicable)
8. Self-declaration confirming:
   1. No blacklisting by any Central/State/UT Government body
   2. No past or ongoing litigation with government institutions
9. Copy of EMD/Tender fee payment proof (if applicable)
10. Signed conflict-of-interest declaration and scope confirmation

1. Financial bids must be submitted strictly in the LNMIIT-prescribed Commercial Bid format
2. Prices must be quoted in INR only
3. Rates should be inclusive of:
   1. GST and all applicable taxes
   2. Packing, forwarding, insurance, transportation, loading/unloading
   3. Installation and incidental charges
4. Bid validity: Minimum 30 days

1. Tender Fee and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), if applicable, must be paid via RTGS/NEFT
2. Proof of payment must be enclosed with the Technical Bid

1. Sealed envelopes to be submitted at LNMIIT campus
2. Separate sealed envelopes for:
   1. Technical Bid
   2. Commercial Bid
3. Both envelopes to be enclosed in one master envelope clearly mentioning the tender title and number

1. Tender Publishing Date: Notified in tender document

4. Bid Opening Date: As notified by LNMIIT (post submission deadline)

1. LNMIIT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons
2. In case of identical financial bids, selection will be made through a draw of lots
3. Arbitration jurisdiction: Jaipur, under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996
4. Agencies that are blacklisted or debarred are not eligible to participate
