3. Mobilisation, training, assessment, and certification of 100 students
4. Compliance with NCVET 2020 guidelines
5. Daily Aadhaar-based biometric attendance reporting
6. Participation in technical presentation before NFDC evaluation committee

1. Must be an NFDC-affiliated training partner
2. Registered training organization with minimum 5 years’ experience in Government skill training
3. Proven expertise in Media & Entertainment skilling
4. Adequate infrastructure including:
   1. Computer labs
   2. Production labs
   3. Licensed software (Adobe Suite, Autodesk, etc.)
5. Availability of qualified trainers with industry experience
6. Trainers familiar with Tamil language preferred
7. Must submit Form-1 (Undertaking) and Non-Blacklisting Declaration

1. Minimum Average Annual Turnover:
   ₹40 lakhs (last three financial years – FY 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25)
2. Turnover must be specific to training activities
3. Audited financial statements and CA-certified turnover certificate mandatory

1. Total Project Cost: ₹51.76 Lakhs (inclusive of taxes)

   3. Trainee kits
   4. Master trainer fees
