1. Mobilization and enrolment of eligible candidates
2. Delivery of NSQF-aligned, non-residential training
3. Ensuring availability of trade-specific tools and equipment as per Annexure-A
4. Coordination of assessments and certification
5. Placement facilitation and entrepreneurship/self-employment support
6. Reporting and tracking through the Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH)
7. Compliance with CGSSC monitoring, audits, and impact assessment requirements

1. Minimum 60% wage employment placement
2. Around 20% entrepreneurship / self-employment support

2. Proven placement track record in similar projects
3. Strong industry linkages in construction and manufacturing sectors
4. Infrastructure readiness (subject to CGSSC field verification)
5. Availability of tools and equipment for Electrical, Piping, and Civil trades as specified in Annexure-A

1. Average annual turnover of at least ₹50 lakh during the last three completed financial years, supported by CA certification
