5. Hands-on digital enablement and post-training handholding (7 days)
6. Mobilisation of beneficiaries and coordination with District Industries & Commerce Centres (DICCs)
7. Collection of feedback, video testimonials, and case study leads

Target Coverage:

1. Trainers must have demonstrable practical digital experience
2. Minimum qualification:
   1. Graduate/Diploma/Professional certification or
   2. Proven field experience with MSMEs, artisans, or small businesses
3. Capability to independently support:
   1. Digital device usage
   2. Udyam & ODOP registration
   3. Platform onboarding / social media enablement
4. Trainers must be able to communicate effectively in Hindi (local language preferred)
5. CVs of proposed trainers must be submitted as per Annexure C

1. Legal registration in India (Company/Firm/NGO/Trust/Society/Section 8, etc.)
2. Valid PAN and GST registration
3. Average annual turnover ≥ ₹80 lakh during FY 2022–23 to FY 2024–25
4. Execution of at least two Government/PSU assignments related to training/skill/MSME support in the last 3 years
   1. At least one assignment of ₹25 lakh or above
5. Experience across minimum 5 districts in Rajasthan
6. Trained at least 1,000 beneficiaries (artisans/MSMEs/entrepreneurs) in the last 3 years
7. Proven experience in digital training and enablement
8. Must not be blacklisted and must comply with the Code of Integrity

Financial Criteria

1. Cost Norm: ₹2,400 per participant per day (inclusive of GST)
2. Mandatory 2-day training per batch
3. Payment is milestone-based and released after verification of deliverables
4. Incomplete training batches are not eligible for payment
5. All statutory taxes and compliance responsibilities lie with the Training Provider
