The Kalyana Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (KKRTC) has invited an open tender under a Two-Cover System for providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and Third Party Supervision services for the construction of a Driver Training Institute at Ittangihal, Vijayapur district.

This tender is suitable for experienced civil engineering consultancy firms with prior experience in government or public sector infrastructure projects.

1. Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services
2. Third Party Supervision for construction activities
3. Monitoring, quality assurance, and compliance oversight

1. Bidders must not be blacklisted by Government of Karnataka
2. Must hold valid registration with:
   1. NABL or MOU with NABL-certified entities
   2. Architect (Council of Architects) OR Structural Engineer registration
3. Must have completed at least one similar project (PMC/Third Party Supervision/Building Work) worth ₹185.50 Lakhs or more since April 2020
4. Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering consultancy
5. Must have valid GST Registration
6. Financial documents must be certified by a Chartered Accountant

1. Relevant project completion certificate (Govt./PSU projects preferred)
2. Experience certificates for consultancy services
3. Registration credentials (Architect/Structural Engineer/NABL)
4. Compliance with all tender terms and conditions

1. Minimum annual turnover: ₹5 Lakhs (any 2 years in last 5 years)
2. Audited balance sheet and P&L statements required
3. Quoted price must be inclusive of all taxes (GST & Income Tax)

1. Tender Fee: ₹500
2. EMD (Earnest Money Deposit): ₹50,000
3. EMD must be paid online in a single transaction
4. Partial payments will lead to rejection
