The Assam Skill Development Mission (ASDM) has invited online proposals for the empanelment of training providers to deliver NSQF-aligned skill training programs in the Tourism sector across Assam. The initiative aims to enhance employability, promote sustainable tourism, and develop a skilled workforce in the state.

Scope of Work

1. Selected agencies will be responsible for:
2. Conducting Short-Term Skill Training (STT) programs in tourism
3. Mobilization, counselling, and enrollment of candidates
4. Delivering training as per Sector Skill Council (SSC) norms
5. Assessment, certification, and post-placement tracking
6. Deployment of ToT-certified trainers
7. Installation of biometric attendance and CCTV systems
8. Ensuring infrastructure compliance as per SSC guidelines
9. Managing MIS reporting and documentation

1. Tourist Guide Training
2. Foreign Language Training
3. Capacity Building Programs
4. Tourism Awareness Programs
5.  Eligibility Criteria

Basic Eligibility:

1. Entity type: Pvt. Company / LLP / NGO / Trust / Society / Firm
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in skill training
3. Must not be blacklisted by any Govt./PSU
4. Presence of at least one office in Assam
5. Valid registration and legal documentation

1. Minimum Average Annual Turnover: ₹50 Lakhs (last 3 FY)
2. Positive Net Worth required
3. EMD: ₹3,30,000
4. Tender Fee: ₹1,400
5. Estimated Project Cost: ₹67,00,000
6. Performance Security: 10% of contract value

1. Mode: Online submission via e-tender portal
2. Upload technical proposal (FTP format)
3. Submit EMD & Tender Fee online
4. Submit hard copy of Power of Attorney & Non-Blacklisting affidavit
5. All documents must be signed and sealed

Selection Method
