NHPC Limited, a Government of India enterprise, has invited Domestic Competitive Bids for the work of installation of obstacle training equipment at CISF Unit, Teesta Low Dam-IV Power Station (Kalijhora, West Bengal).

The tender follows a single-stage, two-part bidding system comprising technical and financial bids.

 Scope of Work

The scope includes:

1.      Supply, installation, and commissioning of obstacle training equipment

2.      Execution of civil-related works associated with installation

3.      Compliance with NHPC technical specifications and safety standards

4.      Completion within stipulated time

 Project Type: Civil & Equipment Installation

 Completion Period: 90 Days

 Eligibility Criteria

 General Eligibility

Legally registered entity operating under commercial law

Must be a Class-I Local Supplier (Make in India policy)

Must not be blacklisted / debarred

Must comply with GFR Rule 144(xi)

 Technical Eligibility

Experience in similar works (Civil Works)

Either of the following in last 7 years:

1.       1 work ≥ ₹2.54 lakh

2.       OR 2 works ≥ ₹1.59 lakh each

3.       OR 3 works ≥ ₹1.27 lakh each

 Submission Guidelines

Bids must be submitted in two parts:

·       Technical Bid (Cover-I)

·       Financial Bid (Cover-II)

Online submission is mandatory via CPP portal

Hard copies of key documents must be submitted offline

All documents must be duly signed and stamped

Late or incomplete bids will be rejected
