Scope of Work
The tender covers the upgradation of Sports Stadium Mathania with the objective of improving sports training infrastructure and developing facilities for players. The scope includes:
- Upgradation and development work at Sports Stadium Mathania.
- Necessary civil and infrastructure work required for sports training.

Pre-Qualification / Eligibility Criteria
Basic Eligibility
Bidders must satisfy the following eligibility conditions:
- Bidder must be an Indian entity / Indian national bidder.
- Bidder must be registered as a contractor in the appropriate class/category with a Government, Semi-Government, Central/State Government body, Government undertaking, local body or relevant competent department.
- Bidder must have valid GST registration and PAN at the time of bidding.
- Joint Venture / Consortium is not permitted.
- Bidder should not have conflict of interest.
- Bidder should not be debarred or blacklisted by any government/procuring entity.
- Bidder must comply with Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012 and related rules.
Technical Experience Criteria
The bidder must demonstrate experience in construction-related works.
Minimum Experience
- The bidder should have experience of construction contracts as contractor, subcontractor or management contractor for at least the last 5 years prior to the bid submission deadline.
Similar Work Requirement
The bidder must have completed similar works, including building and landscape work, as per any one of the following:

Submission Guidelines
Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the Rajasthan e-Procurement portal. The bid must be submitted in two parts:
- Technical Bid / Proposal
- Financial Bid / Price Bid
The bidder must upload all required documents, declarations, certificates, bid security proof, fee payment proof and technical qualification documents online.
In addition to online submission, the original instruments for tender fee, processing fee and bid security must be submitted physically to the office of the Executive Officer, Municipal Board Mathaniya, Jodhpur, before the technical bid opening as per tender conditions.
