Scope of Work
The selected service provider will deploy Data Entry Operators for office administration, typing, filing, docketing and record management work. The scope includes support for DGQA/DQA (R&S) office functions, including:
- Reports and returns to/from DGQA HQ and DQA (R&S) establishments
- Manpower planning, administrative control and PE revision-related correspondence
- Processing of outsourcing-related cases
- Medical reimbursements, CFA sanctions, RTIs, Parliament Questions, JCM/Union matters and related issues
- Monitoring of budget and administrative records
- Direct recruitment-related work for Group B/C employees
- Transfers, compassionate transfers and employee grievance matters
- APAR-related correspondence and SPARROW work
- Compassionate appointments, promotions, retirements and pay allowance processing
- Finance-related work including increments, bonus, LTC/leave encashment, GPF/NPS queries, TA/DA claims and LPC issues
- Form-16 issuance, pension papers, training bills and liaison with CDA/LAO
- Maintenance of registers including MRO register, TA/DA claim register, LTC register and related office files
The work is administrative in nature and is suitable for service providers experienced in government office support, manpower deployment and data entry operations.

Pre-Qualification and Eligibility Criteria
Bidders should be registered on GeM and eligible to provide manpower outsourcing services. The bid requires prior experience in same or similar services.
The bidder must have experience in providing similar services to any Central Government, State Government, PSU, or equivalent government organization. The bid mentions 1 year of past experience for the same or similar service.
