Scope of Work

The scope of work is to provide manpower services on an outsourced basis to the Deputy Director Office, Department of Women and Child Development, Kodagu for a period of 12 months.

The selected agency will be responsible for supplying suitable personnel as per the department’s requirement and the qualification, experience and age criteria mentioned in the tender documents. 2. The bidder should have valid statutory registrations and certificates required for manpower supply services.
3. The bidder should have experience in providing manpower services to government departments, public institutions or other organizations.
4. The bidder should not be blacklisted or declared ineligible for corrupt or fraudulent practices by the Government of Karnataka.
5. The bidder should submit all required technical bid documents in the prescribed format.
6. The bidder must comply with labour laws, EPF, ESI, GST and other applicable statutory requirements.
7. The bidder should be capable of deploying qualified and experienced personnel as required by the department.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible bidders must be registered entities engaged in manpower supply services. The tender requires the submission of supporting documents such as company registration certificate, valid labour certificate, EPF certificate, ESI certificate, GST registration, turnover certificate, work done certificate, satisfactory performance certificate and ITR copies.
