Scope of Work
The tender covers the repair of three dog shelters. The major scope includes:
- Installation of 25 mm dog mat on the shelter floor.
- Installation of metal jail/grill in all shelters to prevent dogs from damaging the shed walls. The minimum height requirement is 5 feet.
- Replacement of all damaged ACP sheets.
- Repair of all broken and damaged portions of the dog shelters.
- Metal welding work wherever required.
- Covering and fastening of loose wire connections.
- Installation of sockets in all shelters.
- Welding of hooks in all dog shelters so that dogs can be fastened safely.
- Consumables and spare parts are to be provided by the service provider as per the bid specifications.
Pre-Qualification and Eligibility Criteria
Bidders should meet the following eligibility requirements:
- The bidder must be a registered seller/service provider on the GeM portal.
- The bidder must have at least 1 year of past experience in same or similar repair services.
- Experience should be supported by valid documentary evidence such as contract copies, invoices, client execution certificates, CRAC with invoice or other supporting proof of contract execution.
- The bidder must meet the minimum average annual turnover requirement of ₹2 lakh for the last three financial years.
- Turnover proof must be submitted through certified audited balance sheets or a certificate from a Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant.
- The bidder must upload all certificates and documents requested in the bid, ATC and corrigendum, if any.
- The bidder must accept and submit the ink-signed Scope of Work and ink-signed Additional Terms and Conditions.
Submission Guidelines
The tender must be submitted online through the GeM portal under a two-packet bid system. Bidders should ensure that the technical documents and financial bid are submitted correctly as per GeM requirements.
Bidders must not mention price-related details in the technical bid. The financial quote should be submitted only in the financial packet. The evaluation will be carried out on a total value basis, and reverse auction may be conducted among eligible technically qualified bidders as per the bid terms.
