Scope of Work:

• The vocational education program will be implemented across all districts of Rajasthan, ensuring access for students in government senior secondary schools, including regular students, Out of School Children, and Children with Special Needs (CWSN).
• The program aims to equip students with vocational knowledge and skills for employment or entrepreneurship.
• The project will be executed with selected Vocational Training Providers (VTPs) responsible for deploying qualified vocational trainers.
• The trainers will follow a curriculum provided by PSSCIVE/RCSCE, ensuring standardized vocational training across all schools.
• RCSCE will select VTPs based on their expertise and experience in delivering vocational education.

Eligibility Criteria of Bidders:

1. Legal Entity:

   • Bidders can be companies, partnership firms, LLPs, proprietorship firms, societies/trusts, or joint ventures/consortiums.
   • Mandatory Documents:
     1. Registration certificate.
     2. Disclosure of disputes/legal cases.
     3. Power of Attorney or equivalent authorization.
     4. For joint ventures, a valid agreement or Memorandum of Understanding.

2. Tax Registration and Clearance:

   • Bidders must have a GST number, Service Tax registration, and PAN number.
   • Joint ventures must provide GST and PAN details for both lead and associate partners.
   • Mandatory Documents:
     1. GST certificate (or exemption letter) as of March 31, 2024.
     2. PAN number.

3. Undertaking:

   • Bidders should not be insolvent, bankrupt, or under legal proceedings.
   • Directors/officers must not have criminal convictions related to professional conduct in the last three years.
   • Bidders must avoid conflicts of interest and comply with the code of integrity.
   • For joint ventures, a self-declaration on non-judicial stamp paper is required to affirm compliance with eligibility criteria.
