Experience Criteria:
- NGOs must have 3 years of experience in fields like drinking water management, watershed development, sanitation, and climate change.
- The Chairperson of the NGO must also have 3 years of experience in similar sectors.
Financial Criteria:
- NGOs should have a turnover of ₹50-100 lakhs in the last 5 years, backed by audit reports and tax returns.
Key Personnel Requirements:
- Agriculture Expert (1 position) with a degree in agriculture and GIS experience.
- Groundwater Expert (1 position) with a degree in geology/civil engineering and GIS experience.
- IEC Expert (1 position) with a background in communications and development.
- Field Workers (4 positions) with relevant experience.
Evaluation:
- The evaluation is based on NGO experience, the experience of the Chairperson, use of Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) tools, and financial turnover. NGOs with more than 10 years of experience in these fields will score higher.
Project Experience:
- Applicants must submit details of 3-5 completed projects related to water resource management, along with maps, photographs, and financial details.
