Pre-Qualification Criteria

  1. Purpose:

    • Empanel District Implementation Partners (DIPs) to support the Ground Water Department in selected water-stressed and over-exploited blocks in Uttar Pradesh.
    • Provide technical and management support for the implementation of the Atal Bhujal Yojana and assist other allied departments in the program.

  2. Eligibility:

    • Open to non-profit organizations, registered societies, trusts, and not-for-profit companies.
    • Organizations must demonstrate relevant experience and qualifications to perform the required services.

  3. Key Dates:

    • Submission of proposals: 9 September 2024 to 30 September 2024, by 15:00 hours.
    • Proposal opening: 30 September 2024, at 15:30 hours.
    • Pre-bid virtual meeting: 13 September 2024 at 15:00 hours via Google Meet.

  4. Earnest Money:

    • Earnest money of INR 1,00,000 must be submitted with the proposal.
    • MSMEs and startups are exempt from the earnest money requirement, provided they submit valid supporting documents and a Bid-Securing Declaration.

  5. Submission Process:

    • Proposals are to be submitted via the e-procurement portal: https://etender.up.nic.in.
    • Hard copy of the earnest money document must reach the office within 5 days of the last submission date.
