Objectives:

The project aims to upskill the existing labor force in Tripura by providing Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) training, helping them secure better livelihood opportunities.

Financial Requirements:

• RFP Cost: Rs. 1,500 (non-refundable)
• Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): Rs. 50,000

Eligibility Criteria:

1. NSDC Registered: The bidder must be an NSDC training partner with a valid registration.
2. Experience: At least 3 years of operational experience in India, with similar work assignments in skill development (STT/RPL) in the past 3 years.
3. Trainers: Must have certified trainers with valid ToT (Training of Trainers) certifications.
4. Turnover: The bidder must have an average annual turnover of Rs. 25 lakh for the last three financial years.
5. Documents Required: NSDC registration certificate, audited accounts, valid trainer certificates, past work orders, and other compliance documents like PAN, GST registration, and a self-declaration of no blacklisting.

Job Roles and Sectors:

The training will focus on various job roles across multiple sectors, including:

• Tourism & Hospitality (e.g., Tour Guide, Front Office Executive)
• Agriculture (Tea Plantation Worker)
• Domestic Work (Elderly Caretaker)
• Electronics (Multi-Skill Technician)

Total target: 2060 trainees across various districts of Tripura, with training duration of 60 hours for each job role.

Payment Terms:

1. 80% of the payment upon assessment results and monitoring visits.
2. 20% upon successful completion and submission of evidence (photos, videos) of the certificate distribution ceremony.
