Pre-Qualification Criteria
  1.  Objective: To provide residential training for 120 persons with disabilities (PwD) and ensure 80% placement post-training, with 70% in wage-based jobs and 30% through self-employment.
  2. Training Mode: The program is fully residential, and training providers are expected to offer both technical and soft skill training. The duration varies depending on the job role.

  3. Financial Aspects:

    • The total tender value is ₹35.34 lakhs.
    • The selected training partner will receive ₹250 per day for boarding and lodging per trainee.
    • Stipends will be transferred directly to trainees through Direct Beneficiary Transfer (DBT) based on their attendance.
  4. Timeline: Training batches must begin simultaneously to ensure completion by December 2024, with placements to be done within 15 days post-assessment.

  5. Eligibility: The bidders must have three years of experience in skill training, a minimum annual turnover of ₹30 lakhs, and not be blacklisted by any government agency.
