Pre-Qualification Criteria

 Key Information:

  • Tender Details: The training is for 120 PwD candidates to provide skill training and employment opportunities.
  • Objective: To ensure 80% placement (70% wage, 30% self-employment) of certified candidates with three months post-placement tracking.
  • Scope: The training provider must start the training in 2024 and complete it by December 2024, with all final claims to be made by March 2025.
  • Eligibility:
    • The applicant must be a legal entity (e.g., private companies, societies, NGOs) with at least 3 years of experience in skill training.
    • Minimum annual turnover of ₹40 lakh for the last three years.
    • Experience with similar projects in government/PSUs is required.
    • Must have LOIs (Letters of Intent) from employers for placement.
  • Submission: Bids must be submitted online by 27th September 2024 (5:00 PM). The bid opening is scheduled for 28th September 2024 (11:00 AM).
  • Estimated Tender Value: ₹47.38 lakh.
  • EMD (Earnest Money Deposit): ₹2.36 lakh (exemptions available for entities with Udhyam certificates).
  • Selection: Based on a technical grading matrix considering factors like experience, placement records, LOIs, and technical presentation.
