Pre-Qualification Criteria

Key Details:

  • Tender Number: ASDM-3500/2024/232, dated 06.09.2024.
  • Objective: To provide residential skill training and ensure 80% placement (70% in wage employment and 30% in self-employment) for certified candidates.
  • Target: 120 PwD candidates.

Scope of Work:

  • Training Model: Recruit, Train, and Deploy (RTD) model.
  • Job Roles: Based on market demand, 2019-2020 skill gap study, and better placement opportunities.
  • Training Period: Must be completed by December 2024, with the last payment claimed by March 2025.
  • Stipend: ₹100/day to candidates with at least 80% attendance.
  • Training Provider’s Responsibility:
    • Mobilize candidates across Assam.
    • Conduct training through certified trainers, and ensure placement within 15 days post-assessment.
    • Post-placement tracking for 3 months.

Financial Details:

  • Estimated Value: ₹39.72 lakh.
  • EMD: ₹1.98 lakh (exemptions for Udhyam certificate holders).
  • Bid Processing Fee: ₹5,000.
