Project Overview:
- Purpose: To provide AI training courses to educators, students, and researchers across Maharashtra through the NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) Ambassador program.
- Target Audience: 4,000 students in 12 months, primarily from undergraduate technical institutes in Maharashtra.

Training Programs:
- Courses on AI, including Data Science, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
- Training should include theoretical and practical aspects, leveraging cloud-based GPU-accelerated resources.
- Participants will receive NVIDIA certifications upon completion.

Program Structure:
- Modular learning approach with DLI courses categorized into three groups (A, B, and C).
- The program should offer foundational courses followed by advanced topics.
- Flexible learning pathways tailored to individual needs, enabling students to progress through different levels of AI expertise.

Implementation Plan:
- Training the Trainers: Faculty members from participating institutions will be certified as DLI instructors.
- Program Management: A dedicated team will oversee operations, timelines, quality, and communication.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Regular assessments and feedback collection to measure the program's impact and effectiveness.
Eligibility Criteria for Bidders:
- Must be an established IT company or LLP/Partnership firm in operation for at least five years, with registered offices in India.
- Minimum average annual turnover of INR 20 crore over the last three financial years.
- Must have a minimum of 100 employees, including at least 10 data analytics experts.
- Should have experience in implementing at least one AI or Data Warehouse/Data Lake project in public sector banks, government, or PSUs in India.
- Must be a registered NVIDIA partner and authorized to offer NVIDIA DLI Ambassador programs.
Selection Process under Swiss Challenge Method:
- Bidders submit their proposals along with the required documents.
- Technically qualified bidders' commercial bids will be opened.
- If the discovered bid price is lower than the original proponent's quoted price, the original proponent will be asked to match it.
- The selected agency will carry out a Proof of Concept (POC) before finalizing the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and issuing the work order.
General Terms and Conditions:
- NDA and Confidentiality: The successful bidder must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and maintain confidentiality throughout the project.
- Force Majeure: Provisions for unforeseeable events beyond the control of parties.
- No Consortiums or Subcontracts: The bidder must handle the contract independently without subcontracting.
- Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes will be resolved in Mumbai courts.
