Project Overview:

• Objective: To implement vocational education under the Samagra Shiksha scheme in secondary and senior secondary government schools in Himachal Pradesh.
• Number of Schools: 416 new government schools.
• Number of Sectors/Trades: 624 sectors/trades.

Scope of Work:

1. Resource Provision: Provide resource persons, including vocational trainers and guest faculty, as required by the project.
2. Training Implementation: Conduct vocational training, provide course materials, and ensure the delivery of curriculum and course content prepared by PSSCIVE, Bhopal.
3. Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor the performance of vocational trainers and conduct training sessions as required by the authorities.
4. Awareness and Mobilization: Create awareness among students, parents, teachers, and the community, and ensure the mobilization and enrollment of students.
5. Practical Exposure: Arrange industry visits, hands-on skill training, and organize guest lectures in each class for each sector in each selected school.
6. Additional Services: Provide soft skill training, career guidance, job fairs, and an exit survey for students in classes 9 to 12.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. The bidder should have a legal entity registered or incorporated in India and must have been in existence for more than five years in the skilling sector.
2. Minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 1 crore during the last three financial years (FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23, and FY 2023-24).
3. The bidder should be an NSDC-approved training partner.

Evaluation Criteria:

1. Pre-Qualification Criteria: Legal entity, turnover, non-blacklisting, NSDC approval.
2. Technical Evaluation: Financial turnover from educational projects, past experience, number of vocational trainers engaged, number of students trained, and management cost for providing services.

Contract Duration:

The contract will cover two academic sessions (2024-25 & 2025-26), with the possibility of renewal based on mutual consent.

Proposals are to be submitted online via the GeM portal. Only online bids will be accepted; physical documents will not be entertained.
