💡 Scope of Work for Empaneled Agencies:

• Training Design & Delivery: Create a yearly plan, prepare multimedia training modules, and conduct assessments.
• Venue and Logistics: Arrange suitable training sites and participant accommodations across districts.
• Trainer Preparation: Ensure quality by training top-notch trainers and coordinators for each session.
• Reporting & Follow-Up: Record attendance, capture real-time data, and submit digital training reports.
• Exposure Visits: Organize visits to model Panchayats within and beyond Rajasthan for on-ground learning.

📋 Eligibility Essentials:

• Registered entities with 5+ years of experience and a minimum turnover of ₹18.6 crore.
• Proven record in large-scale training with government bodies, particularly in rural or Panchayati development.
• Compliance with Indian standards like ISO 9001:2015, PAN, GST, and MSME certifications if applicable.

• Bid Cost: ₹62 Crores
• Bid Processing Fee: ₹2500
• EMD (Earnest Money Deposit): ₹1.24 Crores (MSMEs enjoy reduced deposit terms)
