1. Objective:

   • Recognize and Certify Prior Skills of the workforce.
   • Offer additional 48-hour "Bridge Courses" to close skill gaps.

2. Project Types:

   • RPL Camps: Pop-up training where workers gather.
   • Employer Premises: Skill upgrade on the job.

3. How to Participate?
   If you're ready to make an impact:

   • Submit proposals via Bihar's e-procurement portal by November 18, 2024.
   • Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): ₹50,000, refundable if not selected.

4. Funding & Performance:

   • Payment is milestone-based — 80% upon certification and 10% after batch completion ceremonies.
   • TPs must mobilize candidates, run training centers, and track performance digitally through the BSDM portal.

5. No Free Rides:

   • Subcontracting is banned. You're responsible for every candidate enrolled!
   • Certification Agencies and TPs work independently to ensure transparency.

6. Wage Loss Compensation:
   Certified participants are eligible for ₹35/hour compensation for the training period, ensuring no financial burden.

7. Future-Proofing the Workforce:
