🏗️ “Skilling Builders for the Future” - Call for Training Partners 🚧

The Madhya Pradesh State Skill Development and Employment Generation Board (MPSSDEGB) has launched an Expression of Interest (EoI) to empanel Training Partners (TPs) for short-term skill development programs. The goal? To empower the building and construction workforce registered under the Madhya Pradesh Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (MPBOCW).

What’s This About? 🛠️

MPSSDEGB is inviting experienced organizations to conduct training programs for construction workers to sharpen their skills and improve employability. Training will cover both technical and soft skills across various construction trades, including masonry, plumbing, and green jobs like solar installation.

Who Can Apply? 🤝

Organizations must have:

• A minimum turnover of ₹2 crores and positive net worth.
• At least 1,000 candidates trained in previous programs.
• Clean track records — no blacklisting or debarment.

Applications close on November 5, 2024, with offline submissions required at the MPSSDEGB office in Bhopal.

What’s in the Training Program? 📚

1. Technical Skills: Electrical, masonry, plumbing, solar installation, etc.
2. Safety Training: Equipment handling, PPE usage, and site safety.
3. Soft Skills: Communication, teamwork, and time management.
4. Green Building Practices: Sustainable construction techniques.
5. Digital Tools: Basics of construction management software.

Funding & Payouts 💸

• Three payment milestones:
  • 30% upon starting the batch.
  • 30% after 70% attendance.
  • 40% after successful certification.
• ₹100/day meal allowance for trainees.
• No fees will be charged from participants—this is a fully-funded initiative.
