Pre-Qualification Criteria

  1. Scope of Work:

    • Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 60,000 solar LED streetlight systems.
    • Includes a 5-year comprehensive warranty and maintenance contract, covering performance, operation, and repairs.

  2. Key Specifications:

    • 18-watt LED luminaires powered by high-efficiency SPV modules.
    • Lithium Ferro Phosphate (Li-Fe-PO4) batteries with 5-year warranty and over 2000 charging cycles.
    • Features MPPT-based charge controllers for maximum solar energy utilization.

  3. Project Value & Timeline:

    • Estimated cost: ₹125.79 crore.
    • Completion deadline: 4 months from work order issuance.

  4. Eligibility Criteria:

    • Minimum 3-year track record with experience in solar LED installations.
    • Turnover of ₹37.74 crore or more in the best three of the last five years.
    • Required capacity to deliver at least 18,000 systems.

  5. Evaluation Process:

    • Technical and financial bids assessed, with preference given to MSMEs for 25% of the total order.
    • Empanelment depends on quality, past performance, and adherence to specifications.

  6. Sustainability Goals:

    • Indigenous components are prioritized under the Make in India initiative.
    • Renewable systems designed for long-term efficiency and reliability.
