| Pre-Qualification Criteria | Scope of Work: Training Objectives:
DGCA-certified drone pilot licenses (valid for 10 years).
Certification as DGCA drone instructors.
Curriculum:
Visual Line of Sight (VLOS) and Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) operations.
Day and night flying, safety measures, and emergency handling.
Theory: aviation principles, air law, meteorology, and risk management.
Hands-on training with small and medium drones.
Logistics:
Full accommodation, food, and transportation for the trainees.
Eligibility Requirements:
DGCA-certified Remote Pilot Training Organization (RPTO).
Training location options: Chandigarh, Delhi, Gurgaon, Jammu, or Dehradun.
Compliance with DGCA Drone Training Circular No. 02 of 2022.
Proven experience in drone training.
Evaluation Criteria:
Adherence to DGCA guidelines.
Cost-effectiveness and quality of training modules.
Past experience in drone pilot and instructor training.
Lodging and logistics provisions.
Submission Details:
Deadline: Within 21 working days from RFP release.
Format: Include RPTO certification, detailed syllabus, cost breakdown, and logistics plan.
Submission through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal.
Deliverables:
Certification of two DGCA drone pilots and instructors.
Comprehensive training report with metrics and feedback. |
