| Pre-Qualification Criteria | Eligibility Criteria: A. The Agency should be in operation on April 01, 2018 or earlier with ability to service the client across India.
The Agency should have an office in Bihar or will have to open such office post selection
B. The Agency should have Net Profit and positive net worth during previous five Financial Year i.e. FY 2019-20, FY 2020-21, FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24
C. The Agency should have worked with at least one Govt Depts./ PSU/ Govt clients/MNCs during last five Financial Years i.e. FY 2019-20, FY 2020-21, FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23 & FY 2023-24 with satisfactory performance
D. The agency should have a valid PAN and GST Registration in India.
E. The agency Should not have been blacklisted by any Central /state Government departments/Undertaking
Selection Criteria:
1. Technical Capability
A. Should have trained a minimum of 2000 candidates till date.
B. Preference will be given the organization/training centre who trained the maximum number of candidates in the last five financial years.
C. If the proposed Job Role Training course is NSQF aligned then the financial cost must be aligned with the rate defined under various levels of NSQF. If the proposed Job Role/Training Course is not NSQF aligned then the financial cost of training must comply with the government norms.
