Tender Description The Bharat Ratna Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Memorial Medical College, Rajnandgaon, invites proposals from reputed travel agencies for organizing a Disaster Management Training and Adventure Educational Tour for medical students and staff. The destination? The picturesque hill station of Manali, promising a blend of education and adventure.

  • Duration: 4 nights and 5 days (excluding travel time).
  • Participants: ~125 students and 4–6 teachers/staff.
  • Activities:
    • Disaster Management Training: Conducted with NDRF/State Govt. Certified Adventure Trainers.
    • Adventures: Trekking, mountaineering, sightseeing, and optional paragliding/river rafting with safety gear.Facilities to Be Provided:

    1. Travel:

      • Students: Sleeper class train tickets (Rajnandgaon–Delhi–Manali).
      • Teachers: 2-tier AC train tickets.
      • Comfortable AC buses for Delhi–Manali–Delhi.

    2. Accommodation:

      • Separate, hygienic rooms for boys, girls, and staff.
      • Attached bathrooms for all rooms.

    3. Catering:

      • Hygienic buffet meals with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
      • Daily refreshments and purified drinking water available throughout the trip.

  • Eligibility Criteria:

    • Proven track record in organizing educational and adventure tours for medical/dental/nursing institutions.
    • NDRF or State Government certification for adventure trainers.
    • Submission of valid registration, PAN, GST, and performance certificates from government institutions.

  • Important Dates:

    • Proposal Submission Deadline: 20th January 2025, 3:00 PM.
    • Tender Opening: 20th January 2025, 4:00 PM.

  • Additional Requirements:

    • All-inclusive quotes covering transport, meals, lodging, entry fees, insurance, and other charges.
    • Agreement execution at Rajnandgaon before the tour begins.
