Tender Description The Government of Jharkhand invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) to implement training programs under the Pradhan Mantri Adarsh Gram Yojana (PMAGY) Phase-1 in 14 selected villages of Hazaribagh district. This initiative focuses on agriculture, animal husbandry, livelihood opportunities, and financial literacy.
Pre-Qualification Criteria

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Documents Required:
    • GST registration and returns, income tax certificates, audit reports (FY 2021-24).
    • Declaration of no blacklisting, pending legal cases, or insolvency.
    • Proof of office in Jharkhand.
  • Financial Criteria:
    • Minimum average turnover: ₹1 crore (last three FYs).
    • ₹50,000 EMD and ₹5,000 tender fee (in the form of bank drafts).
  • Evaluation Metrics:
    • Course content: 20 points.
    • Action plan: 30 points.
    • Technology use: 10 points.
    • Tutor/Manager interview: 10 points.
