Key Objectives:

1. Select competent training providers to deliver skill development programs.
2. Target employment-oriented courses for individuals residing near project areas.
3. Align initiatives with the livelihood improvement component of the Green India Mission.

Eligibility Criteria for Applicants

1. Type of Organization:
   • Government, semi-government, or PSUs capable of conducting skill training.
2. Experience:
   • Minimum of 5 years’ registration.
   • Proven track record of training 3,000 candidates and placing at least 1,000 in the last 5 years.
3. Financial Strength:
   • Average turnover of ₹5 crore over the past three financial years.
4. Regional Expertise:
   • Experience in executing skill training projects in Madhya Pradesh.
5. Certifications:
   • At least one competency certificate issued by the Madhya Pradesh government.
6. Integrity:
   • No blacklisting or debarment by any government or PSU.

Evaluation Process

A technical evaluation system with a 100-point scale will assess:

• Registration age.
• Financial turnover.
• Number of candidates trained and placed.
• NSDC certification and regional expertise.
• Presentation of project implementation plans.

Payment Structure

• Training Costs: ₹35.10 to ₹49.00 per hour, based on the sector.
• Installments:
  • 30% at batch commencement.
  • 50% upon certification.
  • 20% upon achieving 70% employment/self-employment placement.
