- Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG): 5% of contract value, valid for 36 months.
- Payment Terms: Milestone-based as per project deliverables.
Evaluation Method:
- Least Cost Selection (LCS): Total value-wise evaluation of bids.
- Split among up to 10 bidders based on the State-Level Committee's recommendations.
