Scope of Services:

1. Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) Training:
   • 7-day training for 792 beneficiaries, including food and accommodation.
   • Curriculum covering business management, regulatory compliance, inventory management, and medicinal knowledge.
2. Supply Chain Management (SCM) Software Development:
   • Design user-friendly software for inventory tracking, order processing, and supplier management.
   • Provide training materials and live sessions for software usage.
   • Maintain and support the software for 2 years post-deployment.
3. Generic Pharmacy Kiosk Design:
   • Develop standardized kiosk designs with counters, shelves, and secure storage units.
   • Include essential equipment like POS systems, refrigeration units, and security systems.
   • Customize and install kiosks as per site-specific requirements.

Financial and Security Requirements:

• Bid Document Fee: ₹30,000 (non-refundable)
• EMD: ₹7,00,000
• Security Deposit: 2.5% of the total quoted price for 792 beneficiaries.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Minimum annual turnover of ₹2 Crores in any one of the last 10 financial years.
2. At least 10 years in the pharmacy business in Andhra Pradesh.
3. Experience in training 150+ beneficiaries annually in related programs over the past decade.
4. Proven expertise in software development for the medical field.
