Empower unemployed Economically Backward Classes (EBC) youth (Kamma, Reddy, Kshatriya, Arya Vysya, Brahmin communities) through:
1. Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) Training.
2. Development and Maintenance of Supply Chain Management (SCM) Software for 2 Years.
3. Design and Setup of Generic Pharmacy Kiosks. |
| Pre-Qualification Criteria |
Key Project Details:
- Target Group: 1,001 beneficiaries (number subject to change).
- Training Duration: 7 days per batch at district/constituency level.
- Financial Support:
- 50% of costs via direct subsidy.
- 50% through beneficiary loans.
Scope of Work:
- EDP Training:
- Curriculum includes business management, financial planning, customer service, and medicinal knowledge.
- Training materials (manuals, case studies, presentations) tailored to pharmacists.
- Food and accommodation provided during training.
- SCM Software Development:
- Features include real-time inventory tracking, supplier management, and analytics.
- Training beneficiaries on software usage with manuals and live sessions.
- Post-deployment support for 2 years.
- Generic Pharmacy Kiosk Design:
- Customizable layouts with shelves, storage, and refrigeration units.
- Installation of security systems and signage.
- Training on equipment usage and kiosk maintenance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum annual turnover of ₹3 Crores in any one of the last 10 years.
- Proven experience in pharmacy operations (10 years) and training delivery (150+ beneficiaries annually).
- Expertise in software development for the medical field.
- Mandatory attendance at the pre-bid meeting and demonstration of training methods.
Financial and Security Requirements:
- Bid Document Fee: ₹30,000 (non-refundable).
- EMD: ₹8,00,000.
- Security Deposit: 2.5% of the total quoted price.
