Pre-Qualification Criteria

Scope of Work

  1. Mobilization & Counseling: Engage with communities to create awareness, pre-counsel candidates, and align expectations with job roles.
  2. Training Delivery: Adhere to SSC/NCVET-approved curricula, ensure infrastructure compliance, and maintain a high-quality training environment.
  3. Placement & Tracking: Guarantee placements aligned with the training domain and monitor post-placement progress for one year.

Eligibility Highlights

  • Established Experience: Organizations registered before March 31, 2021, with a proven track record in government or private skill development schemes.
  • Placement Assurance: A history of placing at least 500 candidates in the past three financial years.
  • Financial Strength: Minimum average annual turnover of INR 50 lakhs and a positive net worth as of March 31, 2024.
