Pre-Qualification Criteria

Objective

To economically empower women beneficiaries from Kapu, Telega, Ontari, and Balija communities by providing:

  • Basic Tailoring Training: 45-day program (4-8 hours daily).
  • Free Sewing Machines: Distributed post-training to support self-employment and livelihood creation.

  1. Target Beneficiaries: 11,016 women, with potential adjustments based on demand.
  2. Training Scope:
    • Curriculum includes stitching, garment construction, and sewing machine operations.
    • Soft skills like entrepreneurship and customer service.

    • Fully equipped training centers with washrooms, drinking water, and sanitation facilities.
    • Biometric attendance for trainers and trainees.

Eligibility Criteria for Bidders

  • Experience: Trained at least 10,000 beneficiaries in Andhra Pradesh over the past 10 years.
  • Financial Strength: Minimum annual turnover of ₹5 Crores in any one year of the last 10 years.
  • Compliance: Must not be debarred or blacklisted by any government authority.

    • 35% after 30 days of training.
    • 30% post-training and machine distribution.
  • Payments released through CFMS based on attendance and compliance.
