Pre-Qualification Criteria

Objective:

To select an agency for providing digital training to faculty members and technical support staff across 55 PM CoE Colleges in Madhya Pradesh. This initiative aligns with MPHEQIP’s goal to enhance institutional performance and equip educators with modern teaching techniques.

Key Highlights

Scope of Work:

  • Deliver digital training programs for faculty and staff across 30 faculty training locations and 10 technical staff training locations in Madhya Pradesh.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art methods to improve teaching capabilities and technical expertise.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Experience:
    • Minimum 7 years of conducting face-to-face IT-related training for faculty in government or UGC-recognized institutions.
    • Proven record of training at least 2,000 faculty members in a single year over the last 5 years.
  2. Financial Capability:
    • Minimum average annual turnover of ₹1 crore over the last three financial years.
    • Positive net worth for FY 2023-24.
  3. Infrastructure:
    • At least one functional training center in Madhya Pradesh.
  4. Certifications:
    • ISO 9001:2015 QMS certification.
    • NSDC training partner accreditation.

Evaluation Process:

  • Technical Evaluation: Based on eligibility, experience, and proposed training methodology.
  • Financial Evaluation: The contract will be awarded to the lowest financial bid (L1) among technically qualified bidders.
