Key Details of the EOI

1. Purpose

The EOI aims to select training providers to conduct skill development training in the following sectors:

1. Electronics & Hardware
2. Automotive
3. Plumbing
4. Construction
5. Healthcare
6. Apparel Made-Ups & Home Furnishing
7. Retail
8. Furniture & Fittings
9. Management, Entrepreneurship, and Professional Skills
10. Tourism and Hospitality

Training will be conducted as per the standards defined by PMKVY and MMKVY.

2. Eligibility Criteria

1. The organization must have been in existence for at least 3 years as of the EOI issuance date.
2. It must be registered as a Vocational Training Provider (VTP) with the Chhattisgarh State Skill Development Authority (CSSDA) or under:
   • Chhattisgarh Societies Registration Act 1973
   • Companies Act 1956
   • Indian Trust Act
3. The organization must have experience in training and infrastructure for the relevant courses.

3. Application Fee & Security Deposit

1. Application Fee: ₹500 per sector (non-refundable), payable via cash or bank draft.
2. Security Deposit:
   • ₹5,000 (refundable) with the application, payable to Principal, District Project Livelihood College Society, Kondagaon.
   • ₹50,000 bank guarantee to be submitted before training commencement.

4. Submission Deadlines

• Application Submission Deadline: 14th February 2025, 5:00 PM.
• EOI Opening Date: 18th February 2025, 3:00 PM.

5. Application Process

1. Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the sector name, applicant organization’s name, address, and mobile number.
2. Submission is only accepted via registered post/speed post to:
   • District Project Livelihood College Society, Kondagaon, Near Environmental Vatika, Khutdogra Road, District Kondagaon, Chhattisgarh - 494226.
3. The EOI form can be collected in person or downloaded online, with a ₹500 bank draft attached.

6. General Conditions

1. Applicants must provide:
   • PAN, TAN, GST, and income tax returns for the last 3 years.
   • Affidavit on ₹50 stamp paper confirming non-blacklisting and acceptance of terms.
   • Employer demand letters (minimum 3, including 1 from Bastar division).
2. Training infrastructure, including labs and on-the-job training, must meet CSSDA standards.
3. Placement records and employer tie-ups must be documented.
4. Selected partners must follow the management's schedule and adhere to MMKVY and PMKVY guidelines.

7. Financial Distribution

The training cost distribution between the Livelihood College and the Training Partner is as follows:

• If the cost exceeds ₹10 lakh:
  • Livelihood College: 30%
  • Training Partner: 70%
• If the cost is less than ₹10 lakh:
  • Livelihood College: 15%
  • Training Partner: 85%
