Project Objective:
To enhance employment opportunities for the youth of Chhattisgarh by promoting the IT/ITES industry through the establishment of BPO operations. The project includes infrastructure support in the form of fully furnished office space and aims to create a minimum of 300 employment opportunities.

Scope of Work:

1. Setup and operation of a call center with IT/ITES capabilities, including necessary hardware and software.
2. Recruitment and training of at least 300 employees, with a preference for candidates from Dantewada District (60%).
3. Maintenance of the provided infrastructure, including utilities, IT systems, and security measures.
4. Compliance with government regulations and labor laws.
5. Collaboration on skill development programs as per scheme guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Registered companies with at least three years of operation in India.
2. Minimum average annual turnover of ₹5 crores in the last three financial years.
3. Relevant experience in BPO operations for at least three years.
4. Compliance with labor laws and other statutory requirements.

Evaluation Process:

• Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) methodology.
• Technical qualifications (minimum 70 marks) and presentation scores (minimum 20 marks) are mandatory for financial bid evaluation.
