Objective

To provide Yellow Belt Certificates to girls undergoing self-defense training in KGBVs, as per the directives of the State Project Director, Bihar Education Project Council, Patna (Memo No. 1705, dated 09.11.2024).

Key Requirements for Quotations

1. Eligibility:

   • The institution must be authorized to issue the certificates for the financial year 2024–25.
   • A self-attested copy of the institution's registration must be attached.

2. Certificate Specifications:

   • The institution must clearly specify the length, width, thickness, and paper quality of the certificate.
   • A sample certificate must be included with the quotation.

3. Pricing:

   • The cost per certificate must be mentioned in both words and numbers.

4. Delivery Timeline:

   • Certificates must be delivered within one week of receiving the supply order.

5. Flexibility in Quantity:

   • The number of certificates may be increased or decreased as required.

6. Authority Rights:

   • The undersigned reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the terms and conditions.

Submission Details

1. Deadline:
   • Quotations must be submitted by 25th January 2025.
2. Mode:
   • Submit sealed quotations via registered post/speed post to the office address.
3. Late Submissions:
   • Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered.
