Eligibility & Required Documents

Training institutes interested in participating must submit a complete EOI proposal along with the following attested documents:

1. Training Partner Name and ID (TP Name, TP ID)
2. Training Center Name and ID (TC Name, TC ID)
3. NSDC Accreditation and Affiliation Certificate
4. Training of Trainers (ToT) Certificate
5. Centre Accreditation and Affiliation Form
6. Trainer’s Aadhar Card Copy
7. Electricity Bill Copy of the Training Center
8. Rental Agreement (notarized) – If the training center is on rented premises
9. Details of SPOC (Single Point of Contact) – Name, Mobile No., and Email ID
10. List and Photograph of Training Materials Available at the Center (with GPS location)
11. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for On-the-Job Training (OJT)

Instructions for Submission

1. All documents must be attested and submitted in hard copy at the District Skill Development Office, Washim.
2. Deadline: 10th February 2025 (within office hours).
3. Late submissions will not be considered.
