   2. Recommended interventions, technical specifications, and budget estimates

   3. Implementation plan (steps, responsibilities, monitoring mechanisms, resource allocation)

   4. Carbon credit issuance roadmap

The project focuses on three blocks in Hardoi District, Uttar Pradesh:

1. Kothawan

2. Behendar

3. Sandila

Project Duration

1. Maximum 6 months

Submission Guidelines

Interested organizations must submit:

1. Technical Proposal – including a detailed methodology, timeline (Gantt chart), and organization details.

2. Financial Proposal – breakdown of budget including human resource costs, logistics, and administrative expenses.

3. Supporting Documents:

   1. Registration certificates (12A, 80G, CSR-1, PAN, Trust Deed, MoA/AoA, Tax Exemption Certificates)

   2. Financial records (ITR, audited financials for last three years)

   3. Organization profile and past project details
