Project Objective:

1. To enhance employability and create sustainable livelihood opportunities for SC/ST and EWS (Women) youth in the Information and Electronics Technology (IECT) sector.
2. Training is provided under NSQF-aligned courses in 100 districts across 26 States/UTs.
3. Target Beneficiaries:
   1. 52,300 youth across 100 districts in India over 3 years.
   2. SC (40%), ST (40%), and EWS-Women (20%).

Eligibility Criteria for Training Institutes:

1. Training providers must be NSQF-accredited by NIELIT.
2. Preference for institutes experienced in IT & Electronics training.
3. Selection based on criteria like past training experience, number of students trained, placements, and infrastructure availability.

Implementation & Selection Process:

1. EOI submission & Accreditation for training partners.
2. Selection of candidates by a three-member committee including officials from NIELIT & Social Welfare Departments.
3. Course delivery through NIELIT-aligned NSQF training partners with biometric attendance & monitoring.
4. Examinations & certification by NIELIT HQ.
5. Post-training placement assistance to beneficiaries.

Training & Financial Details:

1. Courses Offered: Certified Web Developer, AI Associate, Cloud Computing, Data Entry, Multimedia Development, IoT, O-Level IT, etc.
2. Duration: Courses range from 200 to 540 hours.
3. Financial Support: 75% of the training cost is reimbursed to the training partner, while 25% is retained by NIELIT.
