📌 Volunteer-Led Engagements: The program will include mentorship & peer learning sessions.

Cope of Work for Selected Training Provider

📌 Content Development

1. Design customized training modules for both cohorts.
2. Develop session plans, assessments & certification frameworks.

📌 Training Delivery & Student Engagement

1. Execute the training curriculum with a blend of classroom & practical activities.
2. Conduct pre & post assessments to measure impact.
3. Ensure parental involvement via review meetings.

📌 Monitoring & Reporting

1. Submit periodic reports on training progress & student outcomes.
2. Document success stories & lessons learned.

Eligibility Criteria for Training Providers

1. Experience in Skill Training for Underprivileged Youth.

2. Qualified Trainers with subject matter expertise.
3. Innovative & Interactive Training Methodologies.
4. Past Experience in Government/CSR-Funded Projects.
5. Financial & Administrative Capacity to Manage Program Funds.

2. Proven track record in training & capacity building.
3. Quality of the proposed project plan & budget viability.

Budget & Financial Details

📌 Cost Components (Indicative):

1. Non-Recurring Costs: Office setup, trainer devices, learning materials.
2. Recurring Costs: Trainer salaries, logistics, student kits, mobilization.
3. Assessment & Certification Costs.
4. Administrative Overheads (7-10% of total budget).

Terms & Conditions

1. Project Duration: Maximum 9 months.
2. Proposal Validity: Minimum 8 months from the submission date.
3. DDP reserves the right to:

• Reject any proposal without justification.
• Request additional clarifications from shortlisted bidders.
