Tender Description 📢 Attention Training Providers! The Women and Child Development Department, Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar is inviting e-Tenders for providing competitive exam guidance training to college-going girls in rural areas under the Scheduled Tribe Sub-Plan (TSP) Fund 2024-25.
Pre-Qualification Criteria

🛠️ Opportunity to Empower Rural Girls!
This initiative aims to equip tribal girls with knowledge and skills to excel in government job exams like Talathi, Gram Sevak, Police Constable, Anganwadi Supervisor, MPSC/UPSC posts, and more.

📌 Key Details:

  1. ✅ Total Training Budget: ₹26,67,500
  2. ✅ Training Cost Per Beneficiary: ₹5,000 (Inclusive of all expenses)
  3. ✅ Tender Form Fee: ₹3,000
  4. ✅ Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): ₹50,000
  5. ✅ Security Deposit: 5% of the total payment (Recoverable)
  6. ✅ Total Beneficiaries: 533 trainees

  1. ✔️ Registered Under Mumbai Public Trust Act, 1950 / Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960
  2. ✔️ GST Registration & Updated GST Returns
  3. ✔️ PAN Card Copy
  4. ✔️ Audited Balance Sheets & IT Returns for 2021-22, 2022-23, and 2023-24
  5. ✔️ Minimum Turnover: 76% of the tender amount (Certificate from CA required)
  6. ✔️ Affidavit (Rs. 100 Stamp Paper) Stating No Blacklisting / Legal Issues
  7. ✔️ Proof of Past Training Experience (Govt./Semi-Govt.)
  8. ✔️ List of Subject Experts & Trainers
  9. ✔️ Training Plan & Curriculum Details
  10. ✔️ Declaration Accepting All Terms & Conditions

📚 Training Details & Curriculum:

  1. Mode: Non-Residential (4 hours/day for 30 days = 120 hours total)
  2. Subjects Covered:
    📌 Marathi-English Grammar
    📌 Arithmetic & Intelligence Test
    📌 General Knowledge & Current Affairs
    📌 MPSC/UPSC Exam Preparation
    📌 Personality Development & Interview Techniques

🎯 Target Beneficiaries: Final year college girls from rural areas, preparing for government exams like:

  1. Talathi, Gram Sevak, Police Constable, Agricultural Assistant, Anganwadi Supervisor, Accountant, Extension Officer, Health Assistant, and more.

⚠️ Important Conditions:

  1. 🔹 Training to be conducted at Taluka/District level in coordination with Child Development Project Officer
  2. 🔹 Certified Trainers & Subject Experts Required
  3. 🔹 Printed Study Material, Notebooks, Pens, and Snacks to be provided
  4. 🔹 Trainees Must Receive Completion Certificates
  5. 🔹 Geo-Tagged Attendance, Photos, and Video Recording of Training Required
  6. 🔹 Non-Compliance with Terms May Lead to Blacklisting & Legal Action
