🏢 Scope of Work

  1. ✔️ Residential & Non-Residential Training Arrangements
  2. ✔️ Seating, Audio-Visual, Food, and Accommodation Facilities
  3. ✔️ Duration: 2 Years (Extendable as per requirement)

💰 Security Deposit

  1. ₹50,000 for Non-Residential
  2. ₹50,000 for Residential
  3. ₹1,00,000 for Both

📑 Eligibility Criteria

✅ For Non-Residential Training:

  1. Hall for 100+ persons (Theatre & Round Table setup)
  2. AC, Mics, Podiums, LCD Projectors, PA System
  3. Buffet Lunch Area, Restrooms, Drinking Water, Parking
  4. Min. ₹25 Lakh turnover in any 3 years (2020-24)
  5. Valid FSSI Food License

✅ For Residential Training:

  1. Facility for 100+ persons, 2 AC training halls
  2. Onsite Kitchen & Dining, Security, Parking
  3. Min. ₹50 Lakh turnover in any 3 years (2020-24)
  4. Valid FSSI Food License

⚠️ Important Conditions

  1. 🚫 No separate hall rent will be paid
  2. 📜 GST applicable separately
  3. 📊 Lowest bidder (L-1) will be selected based on per person/day rate
  4. ⚠️ Non-compliance may result in blacklisting & security deposit forfeiture
